We are currently looking for a property maintenance specialist to join our team.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining and improving our properties so they remain clean, welcoming, and well-maintained throughout the seasons. You will play a vital role in the quality of our services by paying attention to the details that make each property stand out.

Main responsibilities

  • Perform various property maintenance tasks

  • Performing tasks such as window washing, painting, and seasonal maintenance

  • Ensure the overall appearance and good condition of the properties

  • Identify and report maintenance or improvement needs

  • Work independently while collaborating with the team

Desired profile

  • Reliable, punctual and responsible

  • Attention to detail and pride in a job well done

  • Ability to work effectively and independently

  • Good physical condition and ability to perform a variety of tasks

  • Experience in maintenance, light renovation or manual labor (an asset)

  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

  • Ability to communicate in French and English
